Another Neapolitan excellence arrives in Rome: Gino Sorbillo‘s pizza, which, after Milan, opens a restaurant also in the eternal city. In the location of the former restaurant Rhome in Piazza Augusto Imperatore, in the heart of the historical center, the Neapolitan pizza master will bring his selection of seasonal products, with an eye always attentive to the excellence of the territories of central and southern Italy. The style of the pizzeria will be very similar to that of Via dei Tribunali in Naples, with white majolica tiles and the typical furniture of true Neapolitan pizzerias. Seven pizzas on the menu, starting from the inevitable margherita, marinara, yellow and the one with the Piennolo tomatoes, seven beers, seven wines and seven desserts, with a price of 7 euros per pizza, quite contained compared to the average of the capital because the ‘intent, explains Sorbillo, is to turn to students, employees, lovers of real pizza.
